Oluwaseun Tandoh is a graduate from Le Cordon Bleu, a culinary school in London. He just finished working at a 2 Michelin star restaurant called Hostellerie le fox in De Panne, Belgium.

He realised he had a passion for culinary arts right after University and decided to stick to what he loved doing. He craved for culinary knowledge and went to Red dish Chronicles right after finishing from Leith’s school of food and wine in London.

He started a book café in 2016 called Phurah book café. It’s a combination of a bookshop and a café which was supported by Lagos state employment Trust Fund (LSETF) .

He will be looking to get more international experience in the long run and in hindsight creating more restaurants and culinary establishments in the near future.
