The Cellar Central Team Bonding Cooking Class took place 26th of June, 2021 and was hosted by our in-house Chef Rahila Edward.

The Cellar Central Team Bonding Cooking Class took place 26th of June, 2021 and was hosted by our in-house Chef Rahila Edward. The event started with a showroom tour of the Miele appliances, we gave the participants a brief introduction into our top selling Miele Appliances.

The participants started the cooking class by dividing themselves into three groups; the first group handled the starter dish - tomato & pea soup with garlic bread, the second group handled the main dish - braised lamb leg, sweet potato mash, jus and micro greens, and the third group handled dessert - date cake pudding, toffee sauce, vanilla ice cream and mint.

Group three won - based on cleanliness, teamwork and execution. Mrs Ose from group 1 was awarded ‘Most likely to become a Chef’, based on the skills which she displayed in the kitchen.
