Asun
Asun is roasted goat meat coated with pepper and onions. The spicy kick and smokiness to this dish is what a lot of people love most about it. It is perfect for parties and get togethers.

Preparation:

Wash the goat meat

Thinly slice onions and bell pepper

Season the goat meat

Coarsely blend scotch bonnet and garlic together

Season goat meat with salt and black pepper

Turn on the grill up and place the goat meat on it (skin side down first)

Grill for about 20-25mins on each side, or until the meat is soft

Chop the meat into small, bite size pieces

Place a sauce pan over medium to low

Add the meat, blended peppers, water, and more salt and pepper to taste

Stir together and cover the pot. Allow it to simmer for about 15mins

Serve.

Boneless goat meat - 2kg
Scotch bonnet 8-10 pieces
6 fresh garlic
4 bulb onions
1 large bell pepper
1 cup water
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
1 tbsp ground bouillon cube (optional)
