Torzo Burger

This burger is easy to make and the recipe is straight forward. This recipe is a classic and it is ideal for the entire family. The torzo element is the game changer in the recipe that you will absolutely love.


Serves: 7



  1. Combine all ingredients (except the bun) in a bowl.

  2. Divide the patty into 7 equal parts and roll. After rolling, flatten the patty and set aside.

  3. Turn on your grill between 8-10.

  4. Once the grill is hot, pick up a patty, and create a hole in the middle and place the patty on the grill. Repeat the process for each patty.

  5. Flip the patty over after 3 mins and leave for the same amount of time.

  6. Once the patties are ready, take the grated cheese and place on the patties. Using the full grill function of the Miele oven, grill until the cheese melts.

  7. To assemble, spread the sauce on the bottom part of the bun (be sure to slightly toast the buns first). Next, place the rockets, and tomatoes. After that, place the patty, and onions, followed by the top of the bun which should also be covered with the spread.

  8. Serve and enjoy



  1. In a small bowl, mix all ingredients together.

600g ground torzo

Panko breadcrumbs

1 large egg

4 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

4 tbsp milk

2 tsp garlic

Salt to taste

Black pepper to taste

White cheddar, grated

Red onions, sliced

Fresh tomatoes, sliced




½ cup mayonnaise

¼ cup ketchup

2 tsp sugar

2 tsp white vinegar

Black pepper to taste
